LOCATION
Praia D'el Rey Golf and Country Club is a beachfront resort situated 75km north of Lisbon on the west coast of Portugal. It is just a one hour drive from Lisbon and easily accessible via the new A8 motorway.
This modern and fully furnished house is situated in the heart of the Praia D'el Rey Golf and Country Club, just 400 metres from the clubhouse, 300 meters from the Marriott Hotel, 400 meters from the 2.5km unspoilt sandy beach and shares a pool which overlooks the 10th green with a small number of neighbouring townhouses.
The club is set in 500 acres of eucalyptus woodland and sand dunes. The Golf course is described in Golf World as 'both beautiful and wild' featuring one of the most picturesque layouts in Europe, including both links holes overlooking the Atlantic and inland tree-lined holes. There are also 7 tennis courts available to hire in the complex, plus the services of a tennis coach.

Beach - The resort borders a 2.5km sandy unspoilt
beach. The beach is suitable for walking, fishing and surfing, lifeguards are on
duty in the summer. For children the salt water Obidos lagoon about 2
miles away has calmer waters Baleal - Just south is this popular surfing location, which regularly features on the surfing world cup circuit.. Peniche is a busy fishing town and port, famed for its fish restaurants and lace making. Has good shops and markets. On the south side is the 16th century Fortaleza, now housing a museum of local archaeology. Boat trips to the The Berlenga Islands, a nature reserve, can be taken in the summer. Caldas Da Rainha - Another bustling medieval town, famed for its spa and ceramics..
